The Growth plan adds multi-location management, up to 10 staff per location, SMS reminders (US and Canada), client intake and consent forms, and team access controls with user roles. The Professional plan further raises the staff limit to 20 per location and adds staff commission tracking for teams that pay on a commission basis.

Yes. Checkout is built into DaySpark alongside scheduling and client records, so your team can ring up services, retail, packages, deposits, tips, and discounts in one place instead of handing off to a separate POS. Payments stay tied to the same bookings and client history your team already uses, which makes end-of-day reconciliation much simpler.

DaySpark Payments is our integrated payments product for businesses in the United States and Canada, once payment processing is enabled for your location. Customers can pay with cash, saved cards, payment links by email, and package or membership balances.

To accept in-person payments with tap, chip, and PIN at the counter, DaySpark makes it easy to order a physical card terminal and register it to your location.

DaySpark Payments processing fees for successful card transactions are 2.9% of the amount plus $0.30 per transaction. There is a 0.25% platform integration fee to help cover costs for embedded checkout.

Yes. The Essential plan is specifically designed for solo practitioners, independent stylists, solo estheticians, and small teams of up to three staff at a single location. It includes everything you need to replace a paper appointment book with a professional, online-bookable system.

As your business grows and you add staff or open additional locations, you can move to Growth or Professional without losing any of your client data, booking history, or settings.

The Professional plan supports up to 20 bookable staff members per location. For larger teams — for example, a high-volume studio with 25+ personnel at one location, or a multi-location group with enterprise-scale needs — contact us directly.
