Yes. Form submissions appear on the client’s Forms tab (Growth plan or higher). Review answers there and copy important details — like allergies — into profile notes on the Details tab if your team needs them at every visit.

When you edit and save a form, existing submissions stay on client profiles with their original dates.

Clients who need an updated version can complete the revised form at their next relevant appointment — prior submissions remain on file.
